Hyattsville, Maryland is a dynamic suburb of Washington DC that has seen immense growth recently and is turning the heads of real estate investors and developers alike. Additionally, local residents and business owners have banded together to commission mural projects on unoccupied buildings in an effort to improve area aesthetics and draw more foot traffic. As a result, Hyattsville has become a big draw for Millennials looking for a DC area community to call home (and perhaps soon, Flipsters looking for a great investment project).
